A written parking violation was issued for this car at 10 am this morning, I am not sure if you noticed it when taking your photos after that time, as it may not be very visible from the back of the vehicle.

The reason for the violation rather than immediate tow request is that there appears to be no prior record of a written warning or violation for this vehicle, and the community policy calls for ticketing prior to towing.

Given that this car has been a repeat offender, the board will make note to proactively check and see if it’s still parked in retail parking around 9 am on Monday morning, and if so, a tow will be called.

If you see the vehicle still parked in retail parking around 9 am on Monday, you’re also welcome to email us then and we’ll call for a tow.

Thank you.

  1. So the board is aware that this car has been a repeat offender, did not ticket them, and did not tow it. How does that make any sense? Please clarify.
  2. If you know they’ve been a repeat offender, you should tow. And if you didn’t ticket them before, then please explain why they were not ticketed before, and had to wait that long.

The situation is only escalating with the commercial parking spots, and risks pulling us back into another legal battle.

It is simply unacceptable for unauthorized cars to trespass and park into commercial space.

Please explain what happened here and provide answers to the above questions and how you plan to remedy this situation and similar ones and tow promptly!

Regards,

Tamer
