H Sanjay,

We understand that our fellow residents/occupants are very busy and/or at work during the day.

However. we are battling with the frequent delays in response, anywhere from 1-2 hours - from the Parking Committee. There are more than 5 people at least, who are supposed to be monitoring the situation 24/7, none of which include commercial representation. This is causing retail a lot of problems and we are in our busiest season. We are seeing both residents and unauthorized outsiders using the retail parking as a long-term parking solution.

The commercial parking spaces are not considered common elements. These are assigned to the commercial unit owners. We will be following up with a solution and some points to hopefully fix this problem.
