Hello Upton Parking Committee.

Monday 3/30/2026 – The cars in imbedded photos below were parked here overnight, and were here this morning.

Requesting a tow for the Black Chevy Cruise, and Gray Nissan Maxima with AZ plates/

Chevy owner has been informed, and both cars have repeatedly parked here through the night , all day, and for multiple days consecutively.

Requesting immediate tow for both cars.

Can you please help here? Please advise the board of their duty to adhere by the HOA rules and tow these violating cars ASAP.

The situation is becoming very frustrating and we’re having safety concerns with these cars parking here randomly, and many are parked for long durations repeatedly.

Please help address this.
