URGENT] Parking Violation - Tow request 3-28

Hi Upton Parking Committee,

At 8 AM Saturday morning, March 28 we had 10 cars parked in retail. Requesting a tow for this black Chevrolet Cruise - the Owner of the car was informed of the retail rules and tow sign last week. This car has been violating the parking in retail multiple times overnight and during the day weekdays and weekends.  

Could the parking committee also please order more tow signs as someone -probably outside the community,  keeps tearing them down.

Adding Heather and Macphersons emails to help take action ASAP!

This parking situation in retail is deteriorating rapidly. And it appears that more were having additional residents from other communities trespassing and violating these parking rules. 

Please tow the violators we're submitting your way immediately.
